My old video card went to shit a few weeks back so ive been using an on board one, and was dealing with the lag on css but now its just getting annoying, I get 10-20 fps. So im looking for a low profile video card, and my power supply is also shit (165W max :[) any recommendations? The only thing im really looking for is something that I can use to play CSS and Gmod without having to deal with the lag, and I would really like to spend less then $100.
