yea the whole problem was just the blatant violation of separation of church and state. If they really wanted to throw that money somewhere, i'm sure a local charitable organization would be much more efficient for ground level community help.

I'm just using regular comcast cable in my region. Although I think the guys installing the system said something about our feed being much faster because they had to rig up a whole new cable just for where i lived. I live in the woods and there isn't cable coverage for the whole place, we just got lucky.

must be changes of ownership in the supply, unless you are getting your cron from different middlemen which is just plain stupid. Out where I live there is probably just a hand full of main suppliers because we are so far from the original flow. Prices stay relatively the same, unless new middlemen try to carve out a spot. And if weed was legalized, even if it was taxed it will be extremely cheap. Just think about how cheap normal lawn grass costs, weed can grow better and in more places than common grass.

Most of these gangs that you see are most likely wannabes that don't live where the gang originally came from, usually California. Sometimes you get a splinter group from the original gangs that goes to a different state, but doesn't happen as often. You can use the Crip/Blood example, both of which started in Cali, but so many people in other states wanted to be like them and started mimicking. If you take a Crip from Atlanta and bring him to South Central, he is not gonna fit in. Although they are mostly wannabes, that still doesn't mean that they aren't dangerous. They could be even more just to "prove themselves" to the real gangsters. The ms 13 is hardly an organized gang, its more of a bunch of teens and young adults with enlarged egos. There are none of them where I live, mainly just Latin King offshoots and East Coast Bloods. They don't really get that bad either, I have hung out with a few LOC's often and a few times with a Blood.
