F1 is a lot safer nowadays than it used to be (in the 70s you'd have several deaths a year racing), with fireproof suits, cars that conform to safety regulations, soft edges to most tracks, with open overflow areas. The concrete edge at Las Vegas seems to of been a big contributor to the severity of this crash, you just see some of the cars hit it and burst into flames

A) I had no idea we even had any of these servers, we could probably do with actually advertising them B) No one plays "pro" on reg css servers, if someone who might be considered good plays, he plays for fun, don't screw around with server settings to try to attract/avoid C) Developing a server is the same as always. You need one higher up willing to spend way too much time working on perfecting the server, plus around 10-15 regulars who will log onto the server every day at the same-ish time, which will form a base for building a server community

If we get a 2nd server and only put old maps on, it'll be empty most of the time, until the 4 people who want to play old maps 24/7 decide to play for 5 minutes, then bitch when people join who don't fulfill their nostalgic memory of old map players

10 slot server, hosted on our dedi, costs nothing. Because its hosted on our dedi, I wouldn't try and use it as a proper scrim server, as it sucks for reg. its used quite often, its a scrim server so obviously isn't 24/7 full. It already has scrim configs on there, run via admin. Its a pug server, the password is only there so SG people can use and access it.

New AOs will come from retired staff, ex-CAs/LGs, and current trusted SAs. I think we all know who they are

You can't democratically ban someone, it doesn't make sense. We require evidence to make bans to remove any personal bias, popularity issues, or simple lying from the equation. Your system involves all three of those things.
