I saw this, and showed it to Crimson as well. Seems that he meant to throw a grenade, but didn't realize he had only a throwing knife. What a fluke, eh? Still, amazing luck.

As said above, and in many other posts... knifing around the CTs isn't the greatest thing to do. Although they shouldn't kill you if they run into it, but who can tell.
