*Double Post* If you DO have a router, you have to forward your ports for the server to be able to let other people join. Go to this site, find the specific name of your router (you may have to look around for this on your router or ask someone), and find the game Counter-Strike, and then there will be instructions on how to do this. Also, you must set the cvar sv_lan in your server to 0, so it isn't just set up to your local connection. Hope this helps.
