  5. We will never bother making a functionality where users can delete their own accounts. It would cause numerous issues, and if someone wanted to delete their account so badly... just log out and don't come back if you feel so inclined.

  10. Yes. I've put in a support request and they've escalated it to their dev team on our behalf. I'm waiting on an update from the rep I've been speaking with. Until then, I've asked them if there's anything we can do that's within the community rules however I think we'll just have to wait.
