caviar black is the best HDD from the WD line (performance wise) While blue delivers more stability, and green is more echo-friendly using less power.

All what you said is true, but don't be afraid of fucking things up, for one for you get Basic Admin training, and Advanced... Just don't be scared of making a few mistakes I remember on my first day of being an admin, I got told that I did a shit job :L But hey, you learn by your mistakes, just remember mistakes are good IF you don't do them again (In most cases) If you need any help just pm a staff member.
