  1. The map was originally designed for 20ish people unfortunately, so anything above that makes the map very crowded. I'd say leave it the way it is or make it so that maps are being filtered based on how many players there are on the server. (For example when there's 1 to 20 players Clue can still be voted for, but when it's above 20+ players it can't be). That's more a thing for AO+ though...
  2. I don't really see the issue here. Sure, you do need to write !stuck at the start of the round to get unstuck, but that's really it. I don't think it's really necessary to edit the VMF to add spawn points like @LampShade suggested. It will only cause unnecessary map downloads, seeing that players will have to re-download the map because it's been edited. A workaround could be, without forcing people to download the map all over again; adding new spawn points using stripper, but then you'll have to gather new coordinates for new spawn points. Too much of a hassle to go through for such a small issue tbh. @Kitti
  3. And the winners are... $15 - Trivia Murder Party - @Eskomo $30 - Drawful 2- @FunkyFingers - $30 $60 - Quiplash 2- @FunkyFingers - $60 Congratulations to you guys. And thanks for playing everyoneee!
  4. With 30 minutes to go the event is almost there. Changed a couple of things; we'll be using Twitch instead of steam broadcasting. (See OP) But... what about the stream delay? I know there is a delay, but having watched other streamers do it, it really shouldn't affect the gameplay that much. Just pay a little more attention to whatever device you use to play with. If the stream happens to be laggy for you, try lowering the quality settings. There also aren't any limitations anymore as to how many prizes you can win. If you happen to win both rounds that have prizes included in them, you get both. Oh and one more thing... NO RACISM. It may sound weird, but it's usually the most fucked up things people say that win these kind of games and not the people who actually try to be original. Using any sort of racism will disqualify you from winning anything. If people see you behaving that way outside of the servers, then it could really affect how the community will see you in general.
  5. I've always wanted to create something similar to this, but never really got to it. Definitely worth testing.
  6. It's happening this Sunday, just an FYI.
  7. Thanks everyone.
  8. I feel like this would make things way too easy for innocents to win the rounds. As a traitor when there are only a few people left and most of them have already been proven I personally always like to call out an unidentified body as a traitor to cover myself up (even if I didn't kill that person myself). This gives me some more time to do something until they have discovered the body. Not only that though, it would also ruin the purpose of using the matchbox. Leaving unidentified bodies is not only beneficial for yourself but also for your teammates as people can't simply rely on the amount of people that are left in their TAB scoreboard. I know this was a feature in GMOD TTT, but I like the way it is now in CS:GO.
  9. I do! @EnjoiiEgg
  10. I won't be home this Sunday so rescheduled this to the 20th of November. Sorryyy!! OP UPDATED
  11. ^ Says it all. For me it has been like this for a while. (obviously due to different IPs and such but would be nice to see this fixed). @Spartan, @Nishok, @Liam Brown, @Caution, @XeNo, @Bread,, @Revenga
  12. As @Stunningjam already mentioned; we used to have this on our TTT server in GMod (called a Decoy). It has always been a very useful item for traitors to have as it generally gives you some more time to get away before they find and destroy it and before the DNA tracks back onto the person himself. Not sure how complicated it would be to code something as similar into CS:GO though... but as for the suggestion, I'm definitely in favor of seeing this being implemented on the server. That is, if possible at all.
  13. Dad @Bread, could we do something similar with the loyalty awards? Between 2-5 years bronze, 5 years in SG gets silver & 10 years gold. The 10 year award doesn't look that special right now, although it's pretty impressive for people to be here for that long rightttt?!!
  14. Thanks for everything @Wawa!
  15. Honestly the only thing that I've been annoyed by so far looking through the admin apps is; people simply quoting someone else their post and saying "This." and leaving it at that. (That happens most of the time with support, but also with reapplies). Sure, it's nice knowing how others feel about the applicant but if you decide to VOTE on someones admin application then please describe YOUR OWN PERSONAL experiences that you've had with the applicant (even if it's similar to someone else their post, it will at least have more input to it). Not entirely sure where this thing about "people acting fake to get admin" came from tho, seems like that's how you feel about someone that already is an admin, or will be.
  16. LMFAOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO at 3.40!!! @IaS
  17. Rescheduled to the 13th of November due to community event. OP UPDATED I know Black Rain, you didn't want me to reschedule but I do!!!
  18. When I tried twitch the delay was 20-25 seconds, which felt longer compared to when we last played using steam broadcasts. @Stunningjam @SpikedRocker does Teamviewer catch audio as well? Also how is the lag in teamviewer? If both of these work without any problems would you mind helping me set it up?
  19. Howdy everyone! I proudly present to you; The Jackbox Party events!!! Every once in a while I will use this thread to announce the events. We will be playing all kind of gamemodes during these events and some of them will include prizes. There really is no good or bad in The Jackbox party, as it's pretty much random and the winner is based on the participants their vote, as well as the audience (if there is any). The first event has been scheduled and information/requirements are found below. WHEN?! Sunday, November 20th 2016 at: 3:00 PM EST - (US & Canada) 2:00 PM CT (US & Canada) 1:00 PM MT (US & Canada) 12:00 PM PDT - (US) 8:00 PM GMT - (UK) 9:00 PM GMT+1 (Netherlands/Denmark) PRIZES?! Game-mode: Quiplash - 1st winner: $60 to spend on steam Game-mode: Drawful - 2nd winner: $30 to spend on steam Game-mode: Trivia Murder Party - 3rd winner: $15 to spend on steam HOW-TO/REQUIREMENTS How will it work? Just watch and play along How do you join? It's very simple; it's first to come, first to play. Rooms will be recreated from time to time, allowing others to join in, that is if you're fast enough. You DON'T need to own the game in order to play along. All you need to do is to sit back and use either your phone, tablet or PC to join in (and obviously have the broadcast run on a screen somewhere). Teamspeak is also a MUST-HAVE. WHEN PLAYING, YOU NEED TO WEAR YOUR ORIGINAL PLAYER NAME TO BE ELIGIBLE TO WIN ANY PRIZES. Can I win multiple prizes? The answer is no. You can only win one prize. However!!! If you end up winning a prize for the second time, you will get to choose another participant that is in that current game-mode and hasn't won anything yet to gift your prize to. If the room is full can I still play/watch? Yes you can and please do so. The audience voting will be a very important aspect during these events! NOTE: IF ANY COMMUNITY EVENTS ARE SCHEDULDED AT THE SAME TIME THESE JACKBOX EVENTS ARE, THE JACKBOX PARTY EVENTS WILL BE RESCHEDULED TO ANOTHER DAY/TIME.
  20. I feel flattered @Luke.
  21. There's a fairly high risk of being infected when trying to knife a zombie. I've found myself in situations whereas I got teleported along with the zombies, simply because I was over defending. I then still managed to reunite with the rest of the CT's because I started knifing the zombies backwards as I ran through them, making the knife pushback somewhat useful in situations like these. I don't necessarily think the pushback needs to be adjusted, but if that's what the majority wants then I'd agree with @Leon Mordecai about adjusting the right click only, and leaving the left click as it is.
