Yeah, that happens when I put "voice_enable 0" into the console. I open up the console after doing that, and there's this accumulation of "ProcessVoiceData: Voice_AssignChannel failed for client #". Even when I put "voice_enable 1" into the console, It still mutes the person talking. Usually what I do is I enable voice and reconnect. After that, I can hear the people talking again. P.S. I know the problem's already fixed, (I think), but I'm just giving some insight on this problem.

I pretty much just surf the web, go to bookmarked sites and chat with my friends online. Then I play some CS:S. If the power's out, I'd rage and read a book.

Not much, really, but when I was little, (around 6 years old), I had a terrible ache where when I moved even like an inch, I felt horrendous pain. Oh yeah, there was also a time where I had an inch deep cut on my left hamstring. Somehow there was a sharp metal object and I lost my balance and yeah... I really don't know how I got it... Got sent to the hospital and got it stitched. Still have the scar. :/
