It's quite clear to me that you have 0 clue as to what you are talking about. A lot of what you said made absolutely no sense (that may be your language transition, but I can't help that), and the parts that resembled it had underlying contradictions. You state that you regard everyone as an equal, despite their rank, yet I was criticising you based on the fact that you think someone's join date determines how much weight their opinion carries. You can by all means state your opinion but when it is frought with ignorance don't expect people to just sit their and make no comment.
