just taking a quick look at your screen shots the one thing that stands out to me is the lack of original texturing. Spice it up a bit, everything is gray and dingy looking make it look nicer, i know your in the beginning but really good maps have really good texturing.
When i learned mapping i decompiled a bunch of maps i loved and looked at the geometry that they created to texture walls to make them more eye popping. That new version of razor is an example. Although that map is completely T sided and broken the textures make all that not matter in a way.
As for areas that need work, dont just make the pool a huge body of water, put cubemaps on the water and use a good water texture, avoid any of the dx7 waters they look like crap. Put things in the pool area, like a locker room, showers, sauna, jacuzzi, etc etc. That way the CTs can give specific orders.
Finally dont fill your map with a million teleporters. and dont make it ez mode to get into the armory. Nothing i hate more than T sided maps. Make secrets hard to find/get/do and possibly life threatening.
