  1. Didn't come in with the hugest of expectations, so I was very pleasantly 'surprised'. Gameplay felt good, graphics were overall pretty good as well. The Hogwarts 'feel' was there for sure. Overall really solid game, even if you're not necessarily into Harry Potter. Really loved the shadow-dash thing that I can't remember the name of, just looked and felt amazing. It could obviously be better, but could've also been a lot worse. Didn't feel like it was just pushed out to make some easy Harry Potter money. One of the things I really would want improved would be the animation when people talk though, that really looked ass to me and sorta made me lose focus and/or just skip all conversation. Granted I've 'only' played about 30 hours doing most sidestuff I can find, so I haven't finished it yet. Last 'main' part I think I got was the Griffin (which I don't think is a spoiler due to it being a pre-order bonus?) Absolutely gonna finish it at some point!
  2. This is Mooncake, hello SG!
  3. Better late than never, not exactly sure what you've been up to as BD but we had some good runs back in the day. Glad to hear it's going well IRL, wish you all the best!
  4. Damn, it's really been this long. Awesome to see it still being alive and well!
  5. Sure is a global crisis when you're back, hey buddy

  6. I'd like to give my old friend vinyl a big congratulations. Congratulations.
  7. You're welcome buddy, I enjoy posting these deals to help others out!
  8. Did a little digging and seems like it's somewhat normal for the USB dongle. Someone suggested using this https://sourceforge.net/projects/equalizerapo/ to boost the volume so maybe give that a go if you don't want to opt for a jack splitter.
  9. Really nice partnership you guys set up, I've been using Humble Bundle for years and never been disappointed. I haven't tried their monthly bundle yet, but I may just look into it sooner or later and keep the referral link in mind! Gj Marketing Team!
  10. I guess I can say thank you too
  11. Seems to be an error on the website as the GTX 1050 isn't available with 8GB GDDR5 (https://www.nvidia.com/en-us/geforce/products/10series/geforce-gtx-1050/) Regarding the laptop I'd much rather recommend spending 1200 on something like this: https://www.amazon.com/HP-i7-8750H-Processor-Anti-Glare-15-dc0030nr/dp/B07CZCFGX8/ref=dp_ob_title_ce You can most likely find something better, I don't really know gaming laptops but quick overview as to why it's better/what you want to look for: 16GB ram instead of 8GB - if you want anything running besides your game you'll want more than 8GB nowadays. Besides that it's a better graphics card for more demanding games. Most importantly though it has an SSD for the operating system which will speed up boot up time tremendously.
  12. Big congrats Mad Dogg, looking good! And congratulations to everyone else as well.
  13. Currently using the SteelSeries Arctis 7 and I really like them. I rarely use the mic, but haven't had any complaints about it. I'm very happy about them being wireless and they last for a fairly long time. https://steelseries.com/gaming-headsets/arctis-7 If I had to put one big recommendation in though, it'd be to go to some place where you can try some on and see how they fit on your head - sound and all that is one thing, but I've tried using a headset I just couldn't wear for more than 1-2 hours without it starting to hurt.. you just really don't want that lol I hope you try some different ones out if possible and find the one best suited for your needs!
  14. Damn, Liam almost got the best rank. Congratulations to you both!
  15. Congratulations Delirium.
  16. Always been a great asset to this community for about as long as I can remember. Has been fun playing with you on MG, be it CS:S or the few hours of CS:GO. Wish you all the best in the future! Purple is for the cool kids anyways, right?
  17. I'd definitely go for 16GB if you like to have multiple stuff open like I do and it doesn't kill your budget. If you just run your game then 8GB should be fine. I'm constantly pushing the 8GB and then some with all my crap open. What are you planning to use your PC for besides gaming?
  18. https://steamcommunity.com/tradeoffer/new/?partner=25617951&token=D6TD_Toy Happy holidays to you too.
  19. Big congratulations to everyone.
  20. Monitorz

2k = 1920x1080 and 4k = 3840x2160. The 2560x1440 is just something inbetween I guess, idk if it's also called something else. Also I'm assuming you mean 1920x1080 and not vice versa. Unless you turn your monitor around 90 degrees, I guess. The 2k and 4k are just easier ways to talk about these resolutions. 4k is also called UHD(Ultra High Defintion) The numbers, 1920x1080 and 3840x2160 are the amount of pixels. More pixels = better.
  21. Congratulations y'all. ShoieP my dude
  22. New connection since I moved about 2 months ago.
  23. Diablo 4

A Diablo 2 remaster would make me diamonds
