Its not a flaw in their system. You fill out surveys, buy things through their advertisments, and a bunch of other crap, and in return for the money they recieved from those they are advertising they buy you some crap you want. It takes 50 points for Starcraft 2, theirs highest point value from on task is 2.5....

Send them to places but give them random tasks while they are there. Dont just say, go to pool, stay in the water while you just stand there watching them. Keep them occupied, tell them to do laps, make games for them to do. When you give a freeday, dont just always tell them to have a freeday, no past first cell. Mix it up, give them rules that will make things easier on the gaurds, while keeping them occupied - for instance - Freeday, you must always walk backwards while looking at the ground. You must also always keep moving, you cannot stay in one spot for more than 3 seconds. Or, wall freeday, where they have to always stay touching a wall, they cant pass doors, they have to walk around the room in order to get to places - with the exception of secret areas-vents-armory. There are many things you could have them do, that would keep things fun and not so boring and usual. -- As for deathgames - hell no, keep it the way it is. If you allow deathgames all the time then thats all people do, it just turns into the CTs eliminating any competition, and way to many times have I seen the wrong person die during a deathgame because of quick judgment or person conflictions.

Our jobs as SA-A+ is to keep the servers clean but fun. If the rule being broken is improving *EVERYONES* enjoyment, then I personally see why it couldent be bent around. But if 20 people are enjoying it and one person is truly finding it annoying then I would personally request a closure to the event. I would love to hear from a CA+ what they thing about the one person thing. If there is a server of about 24 people, and everyone is enjoying it except one person, does that mean it should be stopped? If one person isnt enjoying it, chances are that more are not either.

Hotshot, one thing that "may" be holding you back is that I'm pretty sure both BAT and AAT is now required for promotion to SA.

I think the system right now works pretty well. I havent seen a single admin screw up that has been promoted through this system since I joined the community. The only things I have seen are people becoming totally inactive after being promoted, and people I've never seen getting promoted *Although this is most likely because they play ZE or TTT, while I stick mainly to pb, trikz, and Minigames.*

It would be awesome to have some mass effect 2 skins. Most certianly would love to have Legion as an admin skin, and perhaps the illusive man as a supporter skin.

Think you should not have to grant them. If they are being an all out pussy till they are the last one, I certainly wouldent feel like it. But if they are working their way through the map and slowly killing ct by ct, and they ask for an LR at the end, I'd give them one for sure.

If you last till a last request near the end of a round, then you my friend, are a fail prisoner.
