Ive seen a few people join the reserve for the airforce because they didnt want to be deployed and it seemed to work for them.. I dont know about the marines... As for the second thing you said obviously you need to want to change to actually change but I do believe serving is a good way to start. It takes you from your current life to a completely different place where. At least thats what a couple of my friends seem to get out of it. They were more eager to succeed. They were both asshats before (so to speak) and now they are still serving but they are a whole lot different imo. One of them I had not seen since the end we were about 15 met again when he was 21 or so and now he is a completely different person As for the military experience it always looks good on a resume... so it will always take you to a better place in the work force and in your daily life. Its a good thing but its up to each one of us do the right thing at the end of the day (not steal, be an idiot...)

I think if you are willing to spend those 4 years doing that why not.. but its a commitment. yeah because using it as an electronic flight bad falls in the toy category... Thats one example I can name others.. I wasnt a big fan of the concept at first myself but over time many apps on there made the ipad quite uniques... I think it also made the kindle and its cousins useless..

The app store is whole lot better that your shitty android store so are the apps in general.. ask people around you. For my job its an essential tool in the cockpit and No the android tablet cannot do anything for you in an airplane. The ipad leads the market. Is now used by airlines to replace all the paper. If the galaxy was so good maybe it would be there. Besides flying, The few specs that are slightly better on the galaxy dont make up for the better usability and experience of the ipad Also the galaxy came out after the ipad soon a new ipad will better than the galaxy and the cycle goes on Lastly I dont like buying a product from a company that copied another companies tablet ;) here ill give you one thing that is way better on the galaxy.. you can insert an SD card in it

You realize that all lithium batteries have a life span usually around two years after that their charge starts decreasing until they become useless.. laptops, electric drills, rechargeable batteries.. all other phones out there ... @retardcromyth Galaxy tab being better is a joke yet again unfounded claim that one is better... on top of all the other thing I mentioned earlier I do with my iphone. My 3GS has been durable. My buddy submerged his under water not on purpose of course and the phone still works.. Its a silly mith that iphones arent as durable as other smart phone. Newer slim version doesnt... And yes one of the fat one doesnt. I got mine for a good price. USED and it runs strong and plays old game. Really the main thing I like about the new one is that it runs cooler. and also less of a finger print magnet
