PSU 650W will do especially corsair! And modular is nice but corsair cables are so long I have great cable managment with my non modular Stock cooler does fine with newer architecture Id get the new sandybridge 902 is a great case. HAF 922 is bigger and still in a mid tower. I wouldnt go with a full tower unless you really have a lot of room and plan to have second GPU and many HDD
