Do more research about the CPU cooling system! I dont know that one but they are a few good one out there. Id go with 3 GB of ram and vista! and windows 7 upgrade later. And you should know that low end PSU most times will not have a pci-e 6 pins plug which I think the 9600 will need and 350W is a little low I would say have 400 or even 450.. So the "new" technology that came out this year in the x58 boards with 1366 pins (socket B) but now newer technology is the Socket H with 715 pins and that will be cheaper.... coming out next month... Now apparently the clock speed of the Core i5 processor will be controlled by software...it will be slower I think... But the real question which one is the best choice for future upgrades??? Why cant intel stick with a socket?? I guess 1366 is more appropriate for gaming but still it gets confusing for newbies like me!!!
