I would have to agree with Jazzyy on this. I also wouldn't just call out the admins for doing the freekilling and not giving warning shots, but I would blame some of them for lack of communication to the other players about warning shots. Overall I don't think the problem is bad at all I get warning shots on me about 95% of the time and get killed the other 5% without a warning shot. But I have seen what Jazzy is talking about.

I had to change the DirectX level on my laptop because it used to load and then crash right away and made me mad. Try adjusting your -dxlevel in your launch properties.
