  1. Well you did not mention that in your opening post nor subject. & Do you get an error in the SRCDS console when it comes to adding the servers?
  2. Wired. I used to have a wireless Mouse and it used to run out like every couple with the amount the computer is used. Which is annoying when your in a FPS game then BAM! No mouse...
  3. What OS'es do servers run on? Servers can run on either OS providing they are programmed/configured to do so. I don't quite understand your question. What is it that your trying to run or do? As I understand it, it's part of the SRCDS start-up procedure to automatically add your game/server to the Master Server. You have not got this in the start-up command parameters have you? -nomaster
  4. I lag on Zombie Servers when people throw napalm nades at me Anyway, If you cannot remember it happening on other servers than zombie, then it might not be zombie servers... Possible Causes: 1. Hows about if theres another application interfering with the game? Just for the hell of it, add this to the Launch Options for CSS... -noforcemparmsThis command will stop windows/apps from interfering with Counter-Strike and using desktop mouse acceleration settings. 2. Your GPU or CPU could be overheating due to lack of cooling. Check your cooling systems which includes the ventilation of your case, extra fans, or just clean the vents. You should be able to get applications which monitor system temps for you such as Speedfan or nvmonitor. 3. If you have SLI, then could it be that something may have been incorrectly configured or somewhat damaged? Try checking your configuration or try using one card for a while, then the other and see if you can notice any difference. 4. As `Pepper. said, are you running the latest drivers and software? 5. If your on Windows Vista or 7, try disabling Aero. And see if that helps. 6. Some game configuration/addons are masshed... deleting the game and re-install?
  5. Hey, IS it only on the zombie server? Or is it on other games and servers too?
  6. Hey Hypnotic, For windows I use a screen shot utility called ZScreen. Its open source so its completely free, and it supports what you want to do, as well as many other features such as auto upload to ImageShack, TinyPic and many other services. It allows you to have your own custom watermarks, custom URL formatting and many other features. Take a look at the site and give it a try if you want to. And don't forget to tell us how it goes http://code.google.com/p/zscreen/
  7. Have you guys tried re-installing? If ya wana keep ya games, just delete everything in your Steam folder except the "steamapps" folder and re-run the steam installation. May have been a fail somewhere xD
  8. Taff Wars

    Haha
  9. I don't think there is a way, theres nothing in settings I can see. If you're having difficulty, use a bigger screen or smaller resolution. Sorry
  10. And why? Is steam saying you're password is incorrect? Or is it a connection to the steam servers which is failing? If it's a password issue, I'd recommend that you go through the password reset process... If its the connection to steam servers or simliar issue, try deleting the file; "client.blob" in the steam folder: Likely to be in: C:\Program Files\Steam
