The reason i coughed out blood was because i have a longue infection and the flu. The slimes were mixed with blood because something in my throat was damaged. I don't have a clear voice atm but thanks to the meds, i'm not coughing it up anymore.

I have to take 4 kinds of pills every day.

But the sleep and rest was helpfull to regain some over the last weeks
