However, upon visiting those forums and reading the topics that are posted in them, I find that tech-talk is more hardware related, and that modding is directed only to CSS. Although technically we could post programming discussions in tech talk; It would rather clutter the forum, so the cleaner alternative would be the addition of an extra forum.

I just noticed that this fine community lacks a board for programming discussion. I wonder why one does not exist. My idea is to add one, since programming is a big topic in the computers now a days. People should be able to ask question as well as provide snippets of code or just show off their work. Okay, so this is more of a suggestion than a question, but I can't seem to find a forum for forum suggestions.
