Just like if an aeroplane fell out of the sky a seat belt isn't gonna do shit but if it judders around a bit on the runway it'll make a difference. Also, if he hits a bird with his head at that speed the helmet might save him some discomfort...

Denigrating yourself every time anyone criticises you is not an effective way to get people to like/respect you. I mean, i'm a noob here so I don't know you from Adam but right off the bat it seems like you're bitching because some guy disagrees with you on what is pretty much a zero-importance matter. If you respond to criticism by instantly shirking all responsibility on an internet forum, i'd hate to see how you deal with it in real life.

Some kid stole some tear gas from a cop and set it off on the main staircase in my school a year ago, I was on the corridor at the time and people were running out of the stairs looking pretty fucked up. Also a guy in my class got his clothes caught in a belt sander and they were virtually all torn off, he had to spend the rest of the day in a blue boiler suit. There are cameras in the bathrooms at my school, in both genders as far as I am aware.

If you need a slogan as well i'd be inclined to link Jaguars with their roar and use "Jaguar Megaphones - Project your Roar" Or similar.
