No, infact it's a bit quicker to level up than vanilla Oblivion. Your leveling gets really slow once you get to lvl 50 (I'm at lvl 55 and that took a while). The soft level cap is at 50, the max level is 81 but only if you master every skill. So basically after level 50 it's about getting as many level ups in your skills as possible.

I don't get that problem (and it's hard as fuck to see in those pics). I would suggest installing something like enhanced shaders or some graphic tweaks and see if that has any change on it.

I would take this game over any CoD game (or CoD styled game) anyday. Once you know how to play it, and you get good at it. It's absolutely amazing. Plus it's as realistic a video game can get (not 100%, but a lot of stuff is pretty damn close).

I still play Project64 from time to time, with an original controller. N64 is still one of the best consoles I've ever owned. I have all the new pokemon games pirated on my DS chip but I haven't bothered to try them out yet.
