feedback on new 360 update

ok is it just me or does anybody else think the new xbox 360 update is incredibly fucking retarded?

I heard it was bad, but I haven't checked it yet. It has more features that you would find with a PC, so if you use that stuff, good for you. Personally, I don't need all that stuff, so I will probably be complaining once I get to it since I liked the original way things were.

There is some good things in the new update, It's very good that i know can download the games on my hardrive, and the new party system wich can make multiple persons at one chatroom instead of Private chat with only one on one conversation.. though, the avatar thing is completely waste, it's fucking retarded and i want xbox to make an option that makes your avatar either go fuck it self or go die in a fire. Thank you... and then there is more useless shit i havent checked out yet... BTW the new Menu and stuff... Looks old tbh. I liked the old one.

i'm a very patient person, if you knew what you were talking about though havok, you would understand why people hate it.

 

i do agree with you though omar, the 8 person chat is very cool, the netflix would be very cool (if you had netflix), but i honestly dont really need the ability to rip my games to my hard drive.

 

it is a cool feature dont get me wrong, i would just rather have the old version back as opposed to those 3 things. lol i can't even begin to describe how gay the avatar thing is, i feel like i'm 6 every time i play. this isn't the wii, i dont need an avatar.

 

the setup is ridiculously confusing. and i'm not just saying that because it's something new, dont get me wrong. i just liked how the old version you could see every option layed out in front of you, that went out the window with this version.

 

bottom line...they should make it available to download the old version again if you so choose to.

I agree with the fact that the setup is ridiculously confusing. Though, i just the middle green buttom (one that you use to turn on controller or/and the xbox 360) and a menu comes up that almost looks the same as the old, though... I cant directly go into the "recent players) section from there, i have to get in messages or friends and then go right.. wich is.... nah i'm cool with it.

i simply asked if anybody else thought it was as gay as i did. and some people did. i'm very well aware that microsoft doesnt care, i was simply saying they should allow you to revert to the old version.
