sneezing panda Posted January 18, 2009 Content Count: 436 Joined: 11/19/08 Status: Offline Share Posted January 18, 2009 ok how do i delete the steam folder it says i cannot and then when i try to redownload it it says i must exit out of it when im not on it or when its not open. it says the disk is full or right-protected and is not currently in use and it says "cannot delete FileSystem_Steam.dll: Acces is denied". plz i need help!!!!!!:sad2::sad2: Link to comment

That should get rid of it Either that or move the folder to an external HD and delete it on another PC rofl I dunno if that'd work... Check your account type... I run vista and I can delete things, but I'm the only user here so I'm the only Admin Link to comment

That was what i did at my cousin then steam didn't work... at all. But try to reboot ur computer an re-download it. If it says ur memory is full then delete something else on remove or change progs.
