So yeah this morning I was driving to work and I was late (about 20 minutes away and had to be there 5 minutes later) cause fuckin dunkin donuts took for ever...

 

But yeah I was passing some dude at a normal pace (no aggressive driving) just because the road becomes one lane and I was gonna be up front so I had free room until it became two lanes again....This guy decide im not passing him and speeds up untill we get to the merging spot so I slow down. As he passes me he has this smirk on his face looking at me.. so I flick him off(not smart in WPB I know..)..

At this point his is trying to cut me off and run me off the road..so I slow down enough and get behind him..He looks at me and flicks me back..so I flick him off again...he stops gets out of his car and starts yelling at me telling me to get out and shit he was gonna kick my ass...

Well I didnt have time for it and I dont like fighting so I went a round and drove away...

He got my plate number..I was wondering what he can do with that?

So yeah stupid thing to do but I was really not in the mood and very late..

What the man can do is hire hitmans to ambush you with the current information of your plate number. I suggest running to Mexico.

well see the thing is when I would have pulled out my e-ak47 he could have pulled out a real one..west palm has a lot of that..a cop told me they are like $150 on the black market..

One of my flight instructor had to put a gun to mans head in a traffic jam cause he pulled his out but not fast enough...tho that was in new orleans...ITS MADNESS!!

I believe plate numbers can be found quite easily, but I doubt he would remember yours, if he gets that pissy over being passed on a daily basis. If it would make you feel more secure buy a cheap .22-.32 revolver and stick it in your glove compartment, you don't need a permit in Florida to do that.

Without giving you actual legal advice, I would not really worry, he acted like an ass, you acted like an ass back to him. End of story. His having your license plate number gives him nothing to really go on. If he tells a cop "THIS GUY WAS DRIVING LIKE A DICK" and you were not committing any felonies, the cop cannot really do anything unless you commit misdemeanors in front of him. Add to this the fact that if he did do something odd to you, ie look you up etc, he'd be the one in the wrong, and then you can tell the cops hes stalking you which IS a crime in Fl.

 

As for the suggestions here about putting a gun in your car, please don't, its still concealed in the glove box, and you need a permit to do so. Judging by your age, maturity, and the relative insignificance of the incident, I'd suggest just going about your day and not worrying.

 

One time, I was driving, and i drive like a grandma, and a guy got so mad he threw his (at the time) 150 dollar brand new baby nokia at my window. He did not dent my window, but the phone shattered into like 30 million pieces. Later, he got pulled over for yelling and screaming up ahead at an old woman at the turn signal, bc the cop at the coffee stand got tired of hearing him bitch and gave him a breach of peace ticket. Go figure.
