My Noton gave me a tool to delete this, but it cant find it.

^Malwarebytes' Anti Malware

 

Best there is, and you can use it free, minus auto-update/scan.

 

Use it just about every day at work where i have to deal with people's viruses etc.

 

Install, update, run quick scan (never seen quick scan not catch anything).

try spybot it might detect it, if not try windows malicious software remover

I have that, and Spybot search and Destroy, both are awesome.

Spybot S&D has its error, sometimes it doesn't find as many trojans or other malicious files as Malwarebyte. So I would seriously recommend malwarbytes, its awesome!
