Alright, since people have been complaining about the new Regulars lately, I have a suggestion on how we could improve the Regular recruiting:

We should make something like the old admin application, but along with the application for a regular tag, it runs a poll, the poll runs for 3 days, after the 3 days are over, the answer that has the most votes will decide if he gets the tag or not

agreed. 1 month is being to generous 3 months minimum! no reg if youve been banned 3 days +

Bad idea. This gives us more work than is required.

 

They apply for a tag, we check their Steam ID for any bans, then that determines if they get a tag or not.

 

As long as a regular doesn't cherish his or her tag and wants to break the rules, he will be treated and punished equality by our justice system. Same goes with Admins and Supporters. (including SAs, CAs, TAs, WAs, MAs, AAs, AOs, BDs, VP, and even PO himself if he so chooses).
