Seems bad customer service indeed. My internet is just utter sheit in my opinion.. I've tried complaining to the ISP several times, getting new router Twice and now, I have some sort of early version of a WLAN box and it works fine some reason but I still get spiked like fuck every now and then, which gets me kicked off SG servers every now and then. Anyhow, Llama5115, should try restarting the router. After that you can think about complaining to the ISP because if restarting router doesn't help or is a temporary fix, most likely the issue is on cables or at the other end. Link to comment
