SneakySnake Posted March 20, 2009 Content Count: 1910 Joined: 08/07/08 Status: Offline Share Posted March 20, 2009 Well, I continously get this pop-up throughout the day. It says I could assign my computer a new IP but how would I do that? These errors are preventing me from doing many online activities. I can usually play CSS for about 5-10 minutes before I receive one and same with internet browsing. Link to comment

Maxwelldon Posted March 20, 2009 Content Count: 1730 Joined: 02/15/08 Status: Offline Share Posted March 20, 2009 That error relates to having two devices with same IP in LAN.. Sometimes router restart fixes it, sometimes simply restarting the PC does.. Other times, well, you have to either setup a "forced IP" accordingly fit into your routers DHCP list or reset all settings from your router. Prefer you try restart your router first before going into anything too technical.. Simply just unplug your router from power for 30sec or more and then put it back on. Link to comment

Or just change the I.P If it's your internal I.P I don't know what to tell you. Edited March 21, 2009 by Demented Link to comment
