It won't with a 3850. Try customizing it so it has a 600W PSU and a 4870x2

Yeah but you won't last much longer in this Tech generation if you aren't already in the 8000-200 series for NVIDIA and 4000 series for ATI if you're going to go with the bare minimum

looks good, altho i know nothing of ati cards so idk how up to date that is. should last you a long time with the exception of that sound card (not saying it will break or anything but even the lowest of the low end x-fi cards are better than an audigy)
