Firstly don't make threads like this, and To be honest i don't think it's you completely it's your relations on why not everyone will support you.

Also all you really need to do is get acquianted with everyone, but remember just spamming etc isn't going to get you friends, you've got to work at it.

When you complete all these, pretty much likely you can get admin app go through ^^
