I was at the park with a buddy, and my EX was having a family party ( i didnt know about) and sense i have a no contact order between my son, so she started claiming that i was trying to see my son and trying to take him. So in court it was me (the criminal on probation) and my friend vs 20 "witnesses". so Now im being sentenced for 2 years with no bail.

Can't you, like take it up to the supreme court? Maybe get Legal to be your lawyer, cause this is some serious bullshit.

Things like violating a restraining order don't go to SCOTUS, or even high level State courts for that matter.
