Coffee Crisp Posted May 7, 2009 Content Count: 4960 Joined: 06/20/07 Status: Offline Share Posted May 7, 2009 (edited) Possible reasons. 1) Your card is not fully in the slot. 2) Your pins aren't connected. 3) Your Power connector got unplugged (one of them) 3) Your PSU cannot supply it sufficient power. 4) Your Motherboard died. 5) Your PSU died. 6) Your video connector sucks, VGA? 7) Your monitor burned out. 8) Your graphics card is faulty. 9) You didn't put the video connectors on the actual video card's video connector slots. 10) You're using a card on the wrong slot. I strongly suggest that if you have zero experience in computer technology, you do not touch your computer parts. Your description of the problem leads me to believe that, and is the sole reason I listed all those possibles. You NEED to list the actual card, your computer specs, and a good description of the problem before anyone could help. Edited May 7, 2009 by Coffee Crisp Link to comment

What kind of Mobo do you have? I'm pretty sure all the ones lately made support PCI-E instead of AGP. Link to comment

cakeshark Posted May 8, 2009 Content Count: 475 Joined: 08/15/08 Status: Offline Share Posted May 8, 2009 (edited) make sure that any power connectors on the actual card itself are plugged in. or who knows. cant see the setup so cant really help. i would get someone else to install the card, or just google how to install a video card and do it yourself.
