In my oppinion, It's not a freekill, if he did'nt want to rebel, he would have drop the gun before.

 

Yeah, but if this were really a prison game, and not a modded server still based off of the basic rules of Counter-Strike: Source, we wouldn't be given knives in our cells and we wouldn't have a holster for a gun for it to even be visible in the first place. Gotta try to make the game as realistic as we can, but still keep a bit of fairness in the game too. A real prisoner would hide a gun in his pants, not in a holster on his hip. Fair enough if a CT sees it and asks him to drop it.

If they accidentally pick it up, tell them to drop it facing away from you. However, if they are looking in your direction after you tell them to drop it the other way, I'd say you could shoot them as it is possible they may be lining up a shot on you.

 

Don't be too paranoid though.

 

even if they accidentally pick it up the cts autoamtically shoots which is kinda pissy most do that with a pistol too.
