And LOL he ran after getting tasered, what a beast. They said that there was a warrant out for his arrest. That is all the police need to arrest someone, and that is all they need to tell them at the time of the arrest. You'd be surprised at how quick and powerful a human body can react especially under duress. A scrawny teenager can overpower a fully grown adult cop if he was dead certain on not being physically apprehended.
