I'll go for hard drive. Your motherboard looks like it boots ok, runs POST then when it comes to loading the OS from the Hard drive it fails. Try reinstalling Vista to see if that works. If it doesn't then the hard drive has died (needs replacing). Link to comment

What GPU are you running anyways? You probably pushed it to the limits playing TF2, esp on an E-Machines, if it did that... Link to comment

Cause if your gonna put a new card in there make sure you know why the first one fried!!!!! Navidia cards are well built and usually dont go bad just like that something must have caused this!
