the best way to skim through the forums is to ignore any post with color in it, unless its a new sticky.

You don't have to read every post when you hit "New Posts", just look at the ones you want, and when you leave the site and come back, there will be a thing that says "These are the posts that have been recently updated."

i dont read every thread. i open the threads that are interesting ina new tab, and when im done finding all the posts, i go quick links -> mark forums read bc i dont like seeing that list of nonupdated posts.
