Observe the video closely. There is a bit more light coming from the left side of the room. Not enough to possibly cast the shadow that far ahead so that it crosses the doorway before the person is seen. Also, the "shadow" looks a little dark to be a shadow.

 

Try it in your house. Brighten up a room as much as that, mess around with the lights, and record it form down the hall.

 

I think it is real.
