Bhop dual bind help

I have been playing more and more surf maps that require bhopping. I just switched to the mousewheel but I was wondering is there any way to make it so it is scroll up and down? It just seems easier making one click down then make the click back up, dont need to bend your finger as much. Can someone tell me the bind? Thanks

When u press F6 u will jump with your mousescroll up and down

F7 normal weapon change

F8 you will shoot when you use your scroll up or down
