When do you see the error? Is it when the computer boots, or when you are trying to open/view something?

when i try to run css, steam will load just fine. but when i try to play css, the program will open and try to load the main screen then close and give me that error.

Try re-formatting your computer.

think it has to do with some of your add-ons conflicting each other . try to delete some
