We didn't get raises or bonuses this year. We fired 30% of our work force.

 

About the same where I'm at. No raises, bonuses. Prob around 25% workforce let go.

Yea....newark is badd to prob one of the cities that has the highest unemployment...since we are a food business we suffered since im part owner/manager..we went from 1600 a day which is about 120,000 a year to about 1200 a week...and I have a big family so its a struggle..I get paid under the table soo its all g..but yea it sucks..thinking about letting our cook go so its more work for me and my dad

Yep raises or bonuses were non-existent this year as well. We didn't fire too many people that I know of .. however there was hiring freeze so if someone left it made it near impossible to fill the vacant position.
