i played on this server for a long time. Then a terroist says freeday because its past 4 or some other time. I read the rules and it didnt say anything about it. Then a terroist opend all the cells then they says its freeday because they opened it. Im very confuse. I read the rules twice and it says nothing about it.

You can change the rules at any time as well. There's no existing rule like that.

 

If you give a freeday, you can just as easily remove the freeday.

I yell "FREEDAY" sometimes as well, it just a tactic to confuse CT's. There is no rule that says automatic freeday for any condition. But when you get CT's yelling and looking through chatbox, well sometimes it gives all the opportunity for me to knife one and all hell to break loose.
