yeah i dont even view it as a private tracker tbh. thats why i hand out invites like candy. it used to be better, way back the fuck in the day when i first joined.

Generally speaking, private torrent sites have rules where the user must upload to keep a certain ratio of downloading/uploading. The simple rule is that the more people that upload, the faster the downloads will be for other users. This is what makes private sites that extra bit better than public sites where you don't need to seed.
