McBride Posted September 7, 2009 Content Count: 1331 Joined: 04/12/09 Status: Offline Share Posted September 7, 2009 well im not sure whats going on but..on my main computer (im on a backup i made) i hit the power button and it starts up like all the fans spin and everything but no display...im not sure...im thinking maybe trying to pull the jumpers and let them out for about 30 secs and put them back in and also maybe replacing CMOS battery...but if theres sumthin else then someone help... PS: my graphic cards work fine ive already tested those....RAM works fine also...Power supply does also...its either CPU or Mobo or my bios got all screwed and i need to clear jumpers...but before i do that im just seeing if maybe someone else knows... McBride Posted September 7, 2009 Content Count: 1331 Joined: 04/12/09 Status: Offline Share Posted September 7, 2009 i did that i checked everything...i used my old board that works Great actually i just found out and i tested my CPU...turns out my CPU is done for so...its like 8 months old anyhow and tigerdirect dont even sell it anymore so...im just happy it wasnt my new Mobo i was scared for a moment there...luckily Newegg RMAed my new CPU because they sent it and it was broken and itll be here soon so..thank god for that...
