THere is no rank attached to it. go to your "User CP" on the toolbar under the main one. go to 'Settings & Options' and edit whatever you would like. you can upload a pic for your avatar and signature. plus you can edit anything else you want to in there also. This is all you have to do to get an avatar and a sig. Go to this section if you want our sigmakers to make you a sig or avatar. Link to comment
