So like , sometimes , when im not moving my mouse at all, the cursor just move up slowly on its own :S.. Then I would get full control back if i had to move the mouse again. If not that, then do as red said and look at the bottom of the mouse and check for any dust/crumbs that may have gotten near the lazer/optical lense.
