anyone know how im supposed to get it back?

i read somewhere that im supposed to get a picture of my game keycode and my username and send it to them but im nto sure where im supposed to submit it...

anyone know?

yep get a one of your steam gamekeys

then they will send u ure report # write it on the cd key and take a pic of it or scan then send it in another email

As I have seen, Steam is very good about recovering people's accounts...They will take on average about a week to recover your account if you give them enough information, so be patient ... ---my friend had this happen to him and everything worked out fine.

Proof of purchase would be really helpful...not getting your account jacked in the first place would be even better... we have whole sticky somewhere about that...go read so it doesnt happen again!

If you've filled the text box where it says "E-Mail address." And if you've given the correct e-mail address in your Steam account then just click send e-mail and a new message will pop up in your "inbox." But if you've written "sgsdgsdgsdfg@hotmail.com or something then you're screwed.
