How to fix my Freakin Choke!!!!

Ok, I've asked this once before, but it didn't fix my problem.

 

Today, I've been having constant problems on the Crackhouse server, I'm constantly lagging. It's not my wireless or my fps, it's my constant 30-60 choke, I don't know how to fix it and it's continuously pissing me off.

 

If anyone knows how to fix these please tell me!!! I'm getting seriously pissed off.

I'm intreasted in this thread here I have the same problem.

 

Post your spec's here, mobo, proc. ram. hdd. power supply...

Use this program to let us know what kind of ram, frequency the ram is... ( common problem sometimes people run @ 233 mHz x 3 ram sticks and 1 333 mHz stick of ram, which would bottleneck the cpu's performance )

I want to know what kind of chipset your running etc first to see start a troubleshooting flowchart for ya.

the crackhouse server has high choke anyway have you tried other servers?

sometimes high choke could mean router problems, not sure how to fix it but when i was getting high choke it was with my old router, got a new one, no choke

hmm, i was lagging loads in the crackhouse server last week, but after i did

 

rate 50000

cl_updaterate 101

cl_cmdrate 101

 

I stopped lagging and my choke went from 30 to 2.

I have high choke on every one of the SG servers, i haven't experienced this on any other server, however....
