simple answer, no.

 

complictated answer, mybe but it really does depend on ur system specs with MW2, as im sure it will be more CPU dependant than GPGPU dependant. so if you got a High spec dual core running at more than 3GHz or a quad running and 2.6GHz then yes you would be able to run MW2 but on minimum setting and at very low res, with low FPS. get a better card if you want to play this game at a decent frame rate

buy a desktop in a month or so. just wait untill the new DX11 cards arive and you will see the 200 series and the 4000 series plumit in price

or the new 5870's are around 380$ if you wait until the GT300 series are out those things will be around 250-300$
