Gaming Desktop with a $200 netbook!....Whats the fucking point of having and 18" laptop...you might as well carry your computer case around!!!!!!! quite stupid imo

Its actually not quite stupid, would you rather have to lug around your huge gaming tower and set up all the cables at his house or just get a laptop with a big screen and great gaming capabilities and easy to take around. Im positive that this is what i want rather then a desktop. Plus ill be able to use it in bed, coach rather then on my crappy desk.

well with more things becoming wireless these days wires arent really a problem.

as of right now i have 6 wires running out of my computer it would be 5 if i had payed attention when getting my keyboard.

and well ya most cases are heavy as fuck but they are usually made of steal and extremely sturdy if i took my case outside and hit the shit of of the right side panel it would probably at most flex the motherboard a bit

I just dont see how someone in their right mind would put that much money in laptop...its just ridiculous, ludicrous...ARE YOU THAT ADDICTED THAT YOU NEED TO PLAY ON THE GO? think about this for a sec....you are gonna pay an insane amount of money for mediocre performing computer..

If you want a laptop get yourself $1800 Desktop build which will still be insanely good for that amount and buy a 15" XPS with the other $1000 you can get a laptop that will play most source games decently and a quite good laptop I think... 3G's in a laptop that you will replace in 2 years is sickening ...then again some dont work for their money..so if you can go right ahead!

Well ive made up my mind, gonna get a decent gaming lappy at futureshop for 1200$ and then save up for a beast desktop. Thanks everyone
